Lauren is the Chief People & Culture Officer at Australian Payments Network, a role she has held for the past six years. Lauren’s role prioritises developing and executing people focussed solutions in support of AusPayNet’s strategy. She has spent the last 15 years in Executive Human Resources, partnering with leaders to shape the people agenda.
When she is not solving complex people issues, Lauren is passionate about education. She holds a Master of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and has recently graduated from Macquarie University with her Bachelor of Medical Science, majoring in Neuroscience and Advanced Human Biology.
Amy Rixon is Chief People Officer at HUB24 Limited (ASX:HUB), leading people and culture strategy in a high‑growth, technology‑driven environment. With over 25 years’ experience across technology, financial services and other industries in HR, Brand, Comms, ESG and Operations, Amy is focused on building future‑ready organisations including ow embedding AI‑enabled workforce practices, strengthening leadership capability, and designing operating models that balance innovation, diversity, risk and human‑centred design.
Ramiro Roman is an AI Global Talent and award-winning innovator recognised for breakthrough work in ethical technology and human-centred design. As a Data Scientist, he won the NASA Space Challenge, earning the Best Mission Concept prize for developing an AI-powered system to improve sample analysis on Mars. He later received First Place for Best App in the Asia-Pacific region in the 2021 #Hackforbetterdays contest for a platform designed to improve community wellbeing, showcasing his commitment to tech that elevates people, not replaces them.
Today, Ramiro serves as the Chief People Officer of Yakka Labour, one of Australia’s fastest-scaling workforce technology platforms for Construction, Hospitality, Sport industry and Mining. His work leads the development of AI-driven workforce automation, and anti-slavery safeguards, ensuring technology protects vulnerable workers and expands opportunities for underrepresented groups.
Mark has extensive value advisory experience assisting organisations in their HR transformation initiatives, providing advisory services and post go-live consulting in “validating the value” with Dayforce. He is an experienced international HR Director, who has been promoted into external-business commercial roles. Before joining Dayforce, he was a HR Consulting Director and HR Product Sales and Strategy Leader across the HR technology landscape.
Matthew Kane is Vice President of Solution Advisory, APJ at Dayforce where he leads a cross-functional presales team across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. With deep expertise in Human Capital Management software, he is passionate about helping organisations transform how they engage and empower their people. An AI enthusiast in both his professional and personal lives, Matthew actively explores how artificial intelligence can elevate decision making, enhance employee experiences, and shape the future of work.
