Zemeel’s career spans as both as a General Manager and People and Culture Executive in local government, health and with statutory authorities. With a Masters of Business (HRM major) coupled with being the Chair of the La Trobe University HRM Course Advisory Committee, Zemeel continues to diversify her HR leadership with teaching and advisory services to grow the next generation of HR professional.
