Stephanie has been a key influencer in the areas of Coaching, OD, Talent and Leadership Development in a variety of industries and organisations in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia for nearly 20 years. In her role in BTS, Stephanie leads both the Coach and Leadership practices for Most of the World, which encompasses Australia, Asia, SELAM, Africa, Middle East and Italy.

Stephanie is a current Board Member for the University of Sydney Work and Organisational Studies. She is the Founder and Chair of the Talent and Leadership Club, Sydney. She is also a member of ICF and has coached for 1,000+ hours over the past 14 years.
