After a few years in Hospitality I started as an HR Administrator learning all areas of Human Resources.  Over the last 20 years I have worked in different industries, varied roles and I’m continuing to grow to be the best I can be.

I’ve worked in Recruitment, Newspaper Media and then found a connection and passion within the Retail sector.  People who worked in women’s fashion and furniture were people I could coach and mentor and who I enjoyed working alongside.

I am motivated to help create a work environment where people can grow, they can be themselves and be their best.
