Services at Australia Post. He leads a team responsible for developing identity products and services to help create seamless identity experiences for customers. Rob is passionate about combining customer centricity and digital transformation to change the way we look at standard identity practices.

Before joining Australia Post, Rob had a number of leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in technology change, including managing the rollout of a state-wide digital health system.   

Outside of work, Rob enjoys a healthy lifestyle with his wife and two children, which includes yoga, cycling and swimming as well as, of course, being a great dad.
