A dynamic Senior HR professional, Natalie possess 12+ years’ experience steering national organisations within the commercial, government and NFP sectors, leading and delivering HR performance excellence across diverse and challenging Defence, Aviation, Media & telecommunications, Logistics & Government Industries. Natalie’s key strengths are Industrial Relations, performance management, leading large-scale transformational & Transition projects and strategic HR initiatives that focus on leadership capability & engagement.
Prior to commencing her recent role as Head of People for Broadcast Australia, Natalie completed an international assignment as HR Director for Hong Kong and has worked in previous international roles across the Middle East (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), UK (London) & Asia Pacific region (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam & Hong Hong) .
Natalie is a change architect with demonstrated ability to lead and drive performance through market and sector challenges. Versatile, innovative and a commercially astute decision maker.
Natalie has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations), Diploma of Government Investigations – Sydney Institute of Professional Studies & is finalising her Master’s in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at Sydney University.
Natalie has worked in organisations including but not limited to; The Star hotel & Casino, DHL, Star Track Express, Etihad Airways, Department of Finance & Services (Workcover NSW), Fairfax Media, Serco Defence, Broadcast Australia & now recently her role as HR Director for the International Convention Centre (ICC).
In her new role as HR Director for the ICC, Natalie is responsible for heading up the HR Function who deliver best in class HR service and advice to all staff within the ICC. Natalie will be responsible for leading the people strategy as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, foster a culture of performance excellence and continue to drive the bold vision of being an employer of choice in the Sydney events and hospitality sector.
Natalie was recently named in the HRD’s Hot 40 list for 2019 and has recently been a keynote speaker at the National Workforce Analytics & HR Data Conference. She is also presenting at the National HR Summit held at Luna Park in March 2020 and presenting in June 2020 at the Melbourne HR Summit held at the Crown.
