Jon is a co-founder and Partner in Fifth Frame, a consulting business focused on putting people first across the five human value creation frames of purpose & values; strategy; culture & capability; alignment; and HR execution. He has spent over 30 years consulting in Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia on issues relating to the impact of people on organisational performance.
Prior to setting up Fifth Frame Jon was the Global Leader for PwC’s People and Organisation business with 12,000 Partners and staff in 143 countries. Before joining PwC, Jon was the Managing Principal for the Gallup Organisation in Australia and New Zealand and prior to that Managing Director, Australia New Zealand for Hewitt Associates.
Jon has worked closely with the leadership teams of many of Australia’s largest listed and government organisations helping to address complex issues with significant employee components. With an academic background in Psychology and Economics, Jon has also worked and consulted extensively in the area of behavioural economics and employee change.
For the past few years Jon has sharpened his focus to concentrate on the emerging issues around the Future of Work, working with leadership teams to address the emerging challenges and opportunities created by artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and machine learning in the workplace.
