Driven by wanting to make a difference through people, Jo has experienced first-hand the organisational competitive advantage created when great people work in a focused and caring culture, and as a result deliver remarkable customer experiences at a rate competitors dream of. 

With 30 years of experience in human resources, Jo worked across many different sectors including manufacturing, defence industry and retail before joining AHG in 2018 as their CHRO and then, as a result of the successful merger of Australia two largest automotive retailing groups, taking on the challenge of Executive General Manager People and Safety for AP Eagers.  It is this experience, along with firsthand experience leading as an operations executive, that gives Jo a deep understanding of the impact that great leadership and making key moments matter can have on an organisation achieving, and going far beyond, their goals.
