Jane Hollman

Chief People & Culture Officer (Interim), AIA

Jane joined AIA in 2018 as the Head of Strategic Business Partnering, stepping into the Chief People & Culture role on an interim basis in April 2020. 

Jane is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with over 20 years’ experience in various industries including Financial Services, Technology, Agriculture, Insurance and Professional Sport across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US. She spent many years working for Citigroup before making the switch to the AFL to head up their HR team, followed by a move to New York where she worked for American Express and MasterCard.  

Jane has deep expertise and a passion for finding and managing great talent. She is a member of the advisory board for the HR degrees at Deakin University and a founding member of the Aurora Australis Foundation. Jane also provides regular career advice to women at all stages of their careers as a committee member of the US-based Women in Sports and Events industry group. Jane is also a business advisor for FD Global Connections in Sydney, working with Technology Founders to scale their businesses locally and into the United States.
