Ed has over 20 years’ experience in the field of organisational consulting. Before joining Glint, Ed was at IBM/Kenexa, SHL and Saville Consulting, taking a key role in thought leadership, consulting and operations.

An Industrial-Organisational Psychologist, Ed has consulted to some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations. He combines deep expertise in the field with wide-ranging experience of advising senior leaders – in a way that is both strategic and highly practical.
