Antoinette leads the Corporate Development function at the City of Canterbury Bankstown.   She has worked as a Human Resources Leader both in Australia and internationally and specialises in the design and delivery of strategy, operations and cultural change initiatives.  She has worked in a number of diverse sectors, including management consulting, retail management, higher education and local government. Antoinette’s current role is focused on building leadership capability, organisational development and driving cultural change.
