Amy Rixon is the Chief People Officer of Frucor Suntory (ANZ).
Amy has held executive HR roles across a range of industries with companies including Arq Group, Optus, Ipsos and Suncorp. She has also led operational teams (such as customer service) and run a number of company-wide transformation projects, technology implementations, and leading brand, communications and sustainability.
Amy is commercially-minded and people-focussed executive and believes everyone plays a part in creating a thriving culture. She is known for championing diversity, sustainability and ‘the gift of feedback’. She is passionate about wellbeing and the role of leadership in nurturing and role modelling mindsets and behaviours that the organisation values.
