Strategic Talent Management & Culture Expert, Willis Towers Watson
Adam Hall is a Director and leader of the Australian Talent & Reward line of business for Willis Towers Watson and the leader of Future of Work consulting in Australia. He is responsible for the development and delivery of consulting work and leading the team across our Employee Insights, Executive Compensation, Talent and Reward practices. In his consulting work Adam leads client projects in the areas of culture, employee experience, future of work, work architecture and merger and acquisition integration. Adam is also a client relationship leader for several large client accounts.
Prior to this role Adam served as the Leader of Employee Insights Australia, helping clients to design and deliver employee listening strategies that provide insight into the employee experience and organisational culture.
Adam has 18 years’ experience in management and human capital consulting. Adam’s work focuses on helping clients to define and develop the people strategy and culture that will support their business success. He has deep experience working with senior executives to help them understand and drive change in engagement and culture and in presenting to executives and boards of major Australian and global companies. Adam has held roles in Australia and UK and worked with organisations across Asia.
Adam is accredited practitioner in Saville Wave and Willis Towers Watson’s Global Grading System and Change Enabled Program Management Office Methodology.
Adam currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Deakin University Masters of Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
Adam received his BSc with First Class Honours in Psychology from the University of Melbourne in 1996 and his Ph.D in Psychology from the University of Melbourne in 2005.
