Kash was selected at Microsoft to be part of their global MACH program which is an accelerated management program but after being at Microsoft for 18 months her urge to start her own business was too strong.

With a long held interest in fashion and styling, Kash O’Hara, founder and head style doctor at The Style Doctor, pursued her passion within the industry by launching her womenswear label with her sister, OHARA in 2007.
