Belinda Brosnan is an executive coach, mentor, trainer, facilitator and speaker who is passionate about helping leaders reach their true potential by amplifying their leadership from the inside out. She is a change agent that believes that before you can lead others you need to be able to first, lead yourself. With more than 20 years senior leadership experience, Belinda understands the challenges leaders face every day.
Obsessed with mindset and authentic leadership, Belinda challenges the patterns of thinking and behaviour that hold leaders and organisations back from performance and cultural excellence, particularly through change and uncertainty. Like a personal trainer, Belinda helps leaders and organisations “flex their mindset muscle” and use practical frameworks and tools, so they can lead their teams, customers and stakeholders with conviction.
A professional accredited coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and one of the very first Gallup Strengths Coaches in Australia, Belinda draws on her NeuroLeadership qualifications to deliver programs that are grounded in both science and practical experience.
The winner of the QLD Telstra Business Women’s Awards for Start-Up in 2015, Belinda is also Chair of the QLD Development Board for The Hunger Project Australia, and has led leadership immersion programs for them to Uganda in 2014, Malawi with a group of entrepreneurs in April 2017 and Senegal in 2018.
Self-reliance and dignity is the right of every person and this is why Belinda’s professional and volunteer work go hand in hand. She is passionate about helping people shift their mindset, find their authentic voice and work to their strengths through change to be the best leaders they can be of themselves and others.
