Eileen is currently Group Executive, Human Resources for Orica, the global leader in mining and civil blasting and ground control solutions. A leading Australian listed global company, Orica operates in 50 countries around the world.

Eileen was born and educated in Scotland, before moving to Australia and starting her career as an engineer with ICI (now Orica). She completed an MBA before working as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company and then holding executive supply chain and operations roles before moving into HR. More recently, Eileen ‘spread her wings’ into the Asia-Pacific region as Executive Manager People for low-cost airline Jetstar before re-joining Orica in 2013 as global head of HR.

Eileen has two children and maintains a love of music and exploring new cultures. She is a proud Scot and Australian.

Cathy joined Rabobank in March 2017 as Group Executive HR, Corporate Affairs & Workplace for Australia and NZ. She is an accomplished People and Business leader with executive level and board experience across a number of blue chip companies. Cathy has over 25 years’ experience in the Finance, Superannuation and Consumer Services sectors holding roles at the most senior levels of McDonalds Australia, BNP Paribas, CBA, Qantas, NRMA and Perpetual where she had the Executive responsibility for the Equities team, and their clients with over $16 billion in FUM.

Cathy was appointed as an Independent Director of AMP Superannuation Limited and N.M. Superannuation Proprietary Limited in October 2018. At the time of her appointment Cathy also joined the Board Audit Committee for each of the Trustee companies. With strong links to Australia’s corporate governance and philanthropic communities, Cathy is a founding board member and Membership Director of the International Women’s Forum Australia, a Non-Executive Director for My Momentum, former Chair of drug and alcohol charity, Odyssey House and is formerly Non-Executive Director of both Ambition Limited and Mason Stevens Group.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree, graduate diploma qualifications in Psychology and Vocational Education and Training and an MBA. She is also a Graduate of both AIST and AICD and holds a Certificate in Governance.

Lucinda Gemmell joined Virgin Australia in October 2017 as Group Executive People for the Virgin Australia Group. In this role, Lucinda is responsible for the Group’s people and culture strategy, talent, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, group remuneration and benefits and staff travel. Lucinda has more than 20 years of progressive HR and commercial leadership experience in Australia and Asia Pacific. Her experience includes HR leadership (Australia and Asia Pacific), Strategy Management and Business Management.

Prior to this, Lucinda Gemmell was the General Manager People with Endeavour Drinks Group, Woolworths Ltd managing brands including Dan Murphy’s, BWS, Pinnacle Drinks, Cellarmasters, Langtons and Summergate in China. She provided leadership for Talent and Organisational Development, Leadership and Culture, Organisational Effectiveness, Learning and Development and Employment Relations.  

Lucinda previously held the roles of HR Director, Australia and Asia Pacific Supply based in Singapore with Diageo. In her role as HR Director in Australia, she led Diageo's HR function to deliver the Australian business strategy. This role delivered significant growth in the business with a focus on talent, engagement and organisational effectiveness. Prior she held HR leadership, strategy and business management roles in Fairfax.

 Lucinda was a finalist Young Australian of the Year (1998) in the Career Achievement category recognising achievements in executing complex change in organisations. Lucinda was awarded 2014 Australian HR Director of the Year at the Australian HR Awards.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Susan joined NAB in 2005, as People & Culture Business Partner for Global Markets.

Prior to joining NAB, Susan spent five years at CBA and held various roles in human resources including Human Resources Manager in Financial & Risk Management, Executive Manager, Human Resources in Wealth Management and also in Institutional & Business Bank.

Steven holds an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and lives in Sydney with his wife and three children.
